Visitor Guidelines
Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure a smooth boarding process.
Tickets: Tickets are required for all visitors, including children. Be sure to keep your ticket handy for check-in. Tickets are available for purchase online in advance.
Gondola Capacity: Each gondola can accommodate up to 8 passengers. For comfort and safety, we may limit the number of people per gondola.
Prohibited Items: For your safety and enjoyment, the following items are not allowed on the ride:
-Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping
-Pets (except service animals)
-Selfie sticks, tripods, or large cameras
-Strollers or large bags
Accessibility: Skyviews Miami is fully wheelchair accessible, and we welcome service animals. Please notify our team in advance if you need assistance boarding.
Comfort: Each gondola is climate-controlled for your comfort. Feel free to dress according to the weather, but please remember that Miami temperatures can fluctuate.

Take the Omni Loop of the Metromover to Bayside Station. Once you exit the station, it’s just a short 5-minute walk to Skyviews Miami. The Metromover is a free, elevated people mover system that runs throughout Downtown Miami, making it a convenient and efficient option for travelers.
Several Miami-Dade bus routes have stops near Skyviews Miami, making it easily accessible by public bus:
–Route 100 (Miami Beach Airport)

–Route 9 (Bayside and Downtown)
–Route 203 (North Miami to Miami Beach)
Simply hop on one of these routes, and disembark at a nearby stop, then enjoy a short walk to the observation wheel.

If you’re driving, there are several parking options nearby:
–Bayside Marketplace Garage (just a few minutes’ walk from Skyviews Miami)
–Park West Garage (a short walk, located on the west side of the Marketplace)
Parking rates vary by location and time of day, so be sure to check for updated fees. For longer visits, there may be additional parking spaces on the streets around the area.
Ride-Sharing Services (Uber/Lyft):
If you prefer a door-to-door service, Uber or Lyft are widely available in Miami. Just type in Skyviews Miami or Bayside Marketplace as your destination, and your driver will drop you off right at the entrance.
The ride will be comfortable and convenient, allowing you to enjoy the sights of the city on your way. The drop-off point is very close to the entrance, so you won’t need to walk far to start your experience.
Taxi:
